Crowne Consulting Group Inc. (CCG) is taking action in an age of uncertainty in certain areas, such as health care.
By connecting with more than 170 employers and more than 8,000 employees, CCG has helped HR personnel save millions of dollars through three simple operations.
1. Self-funding. Employers can self-fund and get back more on their investments when it comes to health care by transitioning out of being fully insured to self-funded or at least self-funded in part through a program that promises a rate cap for a minimum of three years.
2. Onsite health care. Offering on- or near-site health care can cut costs from 30 to 70 percent, as employers are able to better control their expenses. Employees still have access to clinic services, lab work, X-rays, basic prescriptions and more.
3. Disease management. Through implementing wellness programs to create informed employees and by offering free screenings, employers can help keep costs down instead of employees having chronic conditions to deal with at a later time.
