Talent Board has selected Survale as its data management platform for the Candidate Experience Awards (CandE) and Benchmark Program.
The CandE Awards are an annual practice in which employers are able to gain information through a confidential benchmark opportunity to find out how candidate experience at their organization compares to their peers. The program also allows for the collection of information about tools and practices for improving recruitment.
Survale is unique in its approach as it uses web analytics, surveys and other practices to gauge the level of satisfaction in candidate operations such as onboarding and hiring details.
Negative candidate experiences are often quickly shared, which can lead to a negative perception of a company as a whole. The 2016 North American CandE Research Report found that 66 percent of candidates will share negative experiences they have had with recruitments with those in their inner circle, while about 34 percent will publish such complaints on sites like LinkedIn.
"Survale's feedback and analytics platform for measuring candidate experience makes them an ideal partner to help participating companies access and analyze their CandE Awards data in order to better understand and improve their candidate experience," Ed Newman, chairman and co-founder of Talent Board, said.
This year's winners will be honored at the annual CandE Awards Symposium and Gala on Oct. 2 in Nashville, Tennessee.
