Franklin Covey Co., an organizational performance optimization firm, has acquired Jhana, a management and leadership education content generation company.
Using research-affirmed practices, Jhana creates content that is specific to the needs of leadership and managment. It has become expert in its ability to foresee challenges before they arise, with six years of history since its founding in 2011.
Franklin Covey has been busy with acquisitions, and this is the second in three months. The acquisitions are meant to increase the FranklinCovey's All Access Pass solution, which it offers in an annual package that gives members unlimited access to training content and more.
"Jhana’s fresh and innovative content and dissemination techniques will ensure that the full scope and power of FranklinCovey’s world-renowned content is always available to our All Access Pass passholders," Bob Whitman, CEO of Franklin Covey, said.
Franklin Covey seeks to expand its offerings to 16 languages via an online portal system. The projected completion date for the additional languages is this fall.
