RiseSmart Insight, the proprietary online career transition tool distributed by California-based RiseSmart designed to expand firms’ perspective on personnel turnaround, recently became available to Canadian customers, the company announced from its headquarters in San Jose.
As the HR industry’s “real-time outplacement platform” increasing transparency for companies’ HR teams, the SaaS-based RiseSmart Insight functions by tracking outplacement metrics in a user-friendly format. HR team members can view data in real time through one unified on-demand platform.
Insight even comes with a performance indicator tool called "Alumni Sentiment Rating" to obtain measurable data on separation and outplacement events; and the Canadian component is dually equipped for both Canadian French and English.
