With the continuous goal of leading HR technology, Wisconsin-based Cielo recently introduced its TalentCloud platform, empowering recruitment professionals “to work smarter, not harder” while simultaneously optimizing industry standards for talent acquisition.
TalentCloud is made up of three components: SkyRecruit, SkyAnalytics and SkyLabs. SkyRecruit serves as a candidate relationship management platform; SkyAnalytics supports data-driven decisions; and SkyLabs functions as an “innovation engine,” letting Cielo test and evaluate the potential for new systems.
Adam Godson, TalentCloud’s vice president of technology solutions, emphasized the importance of accessibility to marketing and recruitment opportunities for businesses to compete wisely for talent acquisition.
"We have a three-year innovation roadmap that highlights the development path for each Cielo TalentCloud component,” Codson said. “The technology landscape is changing faster than ever before, and we are constantly evaluating new ideas."
Cielo is delving into new frontiers with projects in artificial intelligence, machine learning, virtual and augmented reality platforms, and modes of automation.
"Since launching the first enterprise-wide technology platform in 2008, Cielo has been recognized for being first-to-market with innovations that transform the recruitment profession and industry,” founder and CEO Sue Marks said. "At Cielo, we think that technology is only as valuable as the human experience it improves."
Marks spoke about the perception of AI’s role in today’s increasingly automated business processes, referring to Cielo’s ambition of helping clients to “future-proof” their companies with a balance of talent and tools.
“[We] will continue to invest in both the right technology and the right people who will help us identify and implement intelligent automation and other innovations that improve the lives of our candidates, hiring managers, talent partners and recruitment teams," Marks said.
