Newton is now offering Onboarding, a product for smoother transitions of new hires that would minimize paperwork.
Currently, onboarding takes substantial time, in addition to employees needing to re-enter information given during the application process. Additionally, since the onboarding process is the first interaction that a new hire has with an employer, it is imperative that the experience is positive.
