Spain-based health care company Grifols seeks a proactive and highly experienced human resources business partner to provide strong leadership, organizational collaboration, compliance assurance and consistent improvement support at its U.S. office in Los Angeles.
Specifically, the business partner will work directly with the company’s North American Plasma Organization in its northwest division, cooperating with colleagues for achieving change and providing solutions for business goals. The HRBP will handle critical data analysis, performance management, compensation and benefits issues, and orientation matters.
Qualified applicants will possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 10 years of human resources experience. Strong mastery of communications skills, leadership capacity, critical thinking and continuing HR industry trend awareness are necessary. The position includes tasks related to work/life policy, team facilitation and organizational development; additionally, it requires flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will evaluate structural efficiency, align promotion and rewards with operating performance and perform analysis of compensation and reward matters.
Eligibility for this position requires the ability to set consistent goals and objectives; partner with clients; manage employee relations; provide support for career planning and competency, and oversee effective performance management. Some travel to site locations is involved.
