Rapport, recruitment and reliability headline the needs for Boston’s Suffolk University, now searching for a motivated HR partner to handle workplace matters as a valuable adviser and strategic problem-solver.
Suffolk seeks a focused, conscientious and upbeat professional with outstanding communications aptitude, intuitive judgment and critical thinking, creativity and flexibility who has a strong background in employee relations, change management, recruitment and improvement protocols.
Applicants should come prepared with a bachelor’s degree, two or more years of full-cycle HR experience, and personnel skills for collaborating with colleagues. Previous experience and fluency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; multitasking ability, and familiarity with state and federal labor law is required; PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.
The successful candidate will be able to foresee client needs, pinpoint ways for HR to add value, ensure client satisfaction and stay informed of HR industry trends and policy. He/she will attend team meetings and participate in projects as needed.
