Jennifer Polcer recently joined the nonprofit, member-owned HR organization DirectEmployers Association as vice president of its compliance team, strengthening the firm’s federal contracting work with nearly 900 members.
Previously both a member of and advocate for DirectEmployers, Polcer comes to the team with established familiarity. She brings experience in affirmative action planning as well as compliance knowledge, after residing in Hawaii for almost 13 years working for Hawaiian Airlines and Hyatt, both DirectEmployers members.
“Jennifer truly understands who we are as a company and is the perfect fit to continue advancing our compliance team,” DirectEmployers Executive Director Candee Chambers said. “I am excited about the opportunities and strategic plans that lie ahead for our team, and look forward to working alongside Jennifer and our leadership team to deliver the outstanding support and guidance to which members have become accustomed to.”
Established in 2001, Indianapolis-based DirectEmployers developed a federal contractor compliance solution as its signature product and works closely with the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program (OFCCP) as well as offering educational opportunities, networking, and other recruitment and marketing guidance.
“As a member-owned and managed consortium of talent acquisition and OFCCP compliance professionals, we cultivate labor market efficiencies and reduce online recruitment costs for employers,” the group said via its website.
