Businessolver recently showcased its newest platform and service innovations, including its award-winning Sofia, during the 2018 HR Technology Conference and Expo in Las Vegas.
Businessolver's Sofia is a personal benefits assistant that uses artificial intelligence to answer employee benefit questions through text or voice recognition. Launched in October of last year, it is a first for the industry as it can be used both online and through the company's MyChoice mobile app.
During the recent expo, Businessolver highlighted the recently added capabilities of Sofia including the program's 250 percent increased knowledge and its ability to carry out specific employee requests, such as updating a dependent's information.
“Our continued presence at HR Tech allows us to connect with key clients, carriers and partners in the benefits technology industry to highlight our commitment to innovative and effective solutions,” Businessolver CEO Jon Shanahan said in a statement.
Businessolver also highlighted its customization of its Total Rewards service and its expansion of the company's MyChoice Recommendation Engine, which connects employees to the benefits that suit their particular lifestyle and needs.
“We are proud of the product and service advancements we have delivered to our clients because they’re focused on enhancing their experience and providing support for their benefits administration needs year-round," Shanahan said.
