Ankura Consulting issued the following announcement on July 23.
Ankura, a leading business advisory and expert services firm that leverages integrated risk management, governance, compliance, investigations, forensics, technology, turnaround and restructuring, and management consulting capabilities, announced the appointment of Angela L. Cinefro as its new Chief People Officer.
Based in Chicago, Ms. Cinefro will be responsible for all aspects of Ankura’s human resources organization, including its organizational design and effectiveness, recruitment and retention strategies, workforce planning, and talent management. Ms. Cinefro joins Ankura from Clarity Insights, the largest consulting firm in the US focused exclusively on data strategy, engineering, science, and visualization, where she was Chief Operating Officer and former Chief People Officer.

Angela has more than 20 years of experience in a broad range of industries at both private equity-backed and Fortune 500 companies, where she developed expertise in business strategy, scaling businesses, and driving performance through people excellence. Prior to joining Clarity Insights, Angela held the positions of Chief Human Resources Officer at MedExpress and Operations Vice President of Business Solutions at Hewlett-Packard. Additionally, she served as the Chief People Officer for Knightsbridge Solutions, and held several leadership roles at IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
