Sprinklr, a holistic social platform that aims to manage customer experiences at scale, has hired Diane Adams as chief culture and talent officer.
Adams will oversee HR-related tasks including recruitment and employee experience. With over 20 years of experience, she brings a solid expertise in leading fast-growing companies, as well as the ability to attract and retain the best talent in enterprise software.
Adams previously worked at Cisco for 14 years, before joining Allscripts. She also served as chief people officer at Qlik and most recently as chief culture and talent officer for McGraw-Hill Education.
She is also the author of a book called “It Takes More than Casual Fridays and Free Coffee,” which discusses how people and organizations can identify opportunities to motivate their teams, develop creative strategies, and build high-performing cultures.
Sprinklr has been named one of the world’s most innovative companies by Fast Company, and ranked as No. 14 on the Forbes 2017 Cloud 100.
