Outfront Media -- which connects companies and consumers through digital technology and billboard, transit and mobile assets -- has appointed Matthew Siegel to serve as executive vice president and chief financial officer.
Siegel was previously executive vice president and CFO of CBS Radio. He's held senior finance positions at Time Warner Cable.
"We are delighted to be welcoming Matt to the company at this exciting time," Outfront Chairman and CEO Jeremy Male said. "His media, financial markets and management experience along with years of perspective through business and competitive cycles, will be valuable for our stakeholders as we continue to invest in growth through new products, data, and technology."
Siegel was with CBS Radio from 2016 to 2017, where he oversaw all financial functions prior to the company's merger with Entercom Communications Corp. He worked in various senior leadership roles with Time Warner for 16 years prior to that.
Siegel earned an MBA from the University of Chicago and a bachelor's from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
