Hireology, a leading hiring and talent management platform, was included in HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen List for the sixth consecutive year.
In its latest recognition, the company was ranked as “Overall Leader” and recognized in the “Breadth of Features,” “Size of Deals” and “Quality of Service” categories based on customer satisfaction surveys from HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen.
“Inclusion in the HRO Baker's Dozen List is an honor, as the award is determined by feedback from customers who trust Hireology to help hire and manage their most critical asset – their people,” Hireology CEO and co-founder Adam Robinson said. “As we continuously improve our platform, we highly value customer input and often use it to drive business decisions. Our dedicated customer success team also ensures our customers have everything they need to make the most of the Hireology platform."
Among Hireology’s recent accomplishments are the expansion of its customer base by 1,100 clients and a 43 percent increase of hires compared to 2016. Hiring velocity also increased, and is almost a full week faster than previous years.
Hireology also launched Insights, an easy-to-understand reporting tool that helped business owners and HR leaders in gaining further understanding of hiring performance across locations and managers.
The company also launched Applicant Engine, which aimed to manage recruitment advertisement spending and provide savings to reach the best candidates across sources including national job boards, local classified ads and social media, to name a few.
