EP Wealth Advisors has hired a new chief financial officer and promoted a current employee to executive vice president and partner.
Chad Sinclair has been named CFO. The certified public accountant has over 10 years of public accounting experience and joins the company from Deloitte & Touche, where he managed the Mergers and Acquisition Advisory Division for three years.
Sinclair will lead the company’s finance team and guide the strategic evaluation of new service offerings.
Ryan Serrecchia, a certified financial planner, has been promoted from his role in client services. Company officials say he played an important role in developing the company’s unique client process and will now oversee all advisers at the firm, providing direction for the firm’s business processes to promote company growth.
“As EP Wealth grows, we are committed to adding the right resources that will directly benefit our clients and partners,” President and CEO Patrick Goshtigian said. “Chad and Ryan will lead the charge on creating smoother transitions for acquisition partners and work toward our goal of fostering a strong team of highly specialized advisers.”
