CSG, a company that provides revenue management, customer experience, and digital monetization solutions for businesses, recently appointed Rolland “Rollie” Johns as the company’s executive vice president and chief financial officer.
In his new role, Johns will lead the company’s global financial operations and will directly report to Bret Greiss.
“Rollie brings a deep knowledge and expertise in global accounting, financial reporting and corporate development that will be integral in executing our initiatives to deliver long-term shareholder value,” CSG President and CEO Bret Griess said. “With Rollie’s proven financial leadership and strong understanding of our profitable business model and global operations, he will be a valuable addition to our management team as we drive continued growth and success for CSG."
Johns has over 25 years of finance and accounting experience under his belt. Prior to his promotion, he was the company’s chief accounting officer. He also served at KPMG for almost 20 years in several roles, most recently as an audit partner. Johns is a graduate of the University of San Diego.
John’s appointment follows the retirement of Randy Wiese, who will stay at the company as a non-executive while the transition of duties is ongoing.
