The Bancorp has appointed Jennifer Terry chief human resources officer to oversee the overall HR functions, including HR technology, benefits, workforce planning, talent management and succession planning.

She will be based at The Bancorp's Wilmington, Delaware headquarters and will report to Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer John Leto. She will develop strategic plans for the department and set the direction for the department’s overall efficiency and effectiveness. 

“Jennifer’s comprehensive experience lends itself nicely to the Bancorp mission and will play a significant role in achieving our strategic goals,” Leto said. “Her proven experience and skillset will support our continued growth.”

Terry has more than two decades of HR experience. Before joining Bancorp, she worked at TD Bank as a vice president. 

She earned her bachelor's degree from Montclair State University and holds a master’s degree from Rosemont College.
