Although the temperature is on the rise and summer is approaching, it's really not too early to look ahead to autumn and annual enrollment (AE) season, according to leading SaaS-based benefits administration technology company, Businessolver. 

In a recent blog, Businessolver shares some tips that HR professionals can use now to get set up for annual enrollment season.

Businessolver's top three tips include utilizing webinars, educating and engaging employees as well as securing your company's data. 

"Webinars are a great tool for learning or refining strategies for AE," the blog states.

Virtual sessions offer a great advantage to learn about the latest technology and take part in discussions with others in the HR community, according to the blog.

Since HR professionals want to make sure their employees are signing up for the correct benefits that they need, Businessolver suggests engaging with your employees about benefits and the enrollment process. Ideas include hosting a lunch where you offer an educational session.

Information security should be one of the most important parts of your AE strategy, according to the Businessolver blog.

"Work with your benefits technology vendor and your IT department to outline specific ways to protect Social Security numbers and personal health information," the blog states.
