Carnival Corp., world’s largest leisure travel company, has appointed and promoted several personnel in senior executive positions.
Anthony “Tony” Kaufman has been promoted to executive vice president, professional services and chief financial officer of Carnival Corp.'s four business units, namely: Princess Cruises, Holland America Line, Seabourn, and Carnival Australia.
In his new position, Kaufman will be responsible for overseeing the business units’ financial planning, analysis and reporting, accounting and tax strategy.
Since joining the company in 1993, Kaufman has held several key positions at Princess Cruises. He will succeed outgoing executive vice president professional services and CFO Tim Howie.
Kelly Clark has been promoted to senior vice president and chief ethics officer for Princess Cruises, Holland America Line, Seabourn and Carnival Australia.
Deanna Austin is Princess Cruises’ new chief commercial officer. She will oversee the overall commercial operations and international sales for the brand.
Natalya Leahy has been promoted to senior vice president and CFO for Holland America Line and Seabourn.
Simeon Waldron is the new senior vice president and CFO for Princess Cruises and Carnival Australia.
Stuart Allison will serve as senior vice president of Asia-Pacific Planning and Operations for Princess Cruises.
Neil Rippon has been promoted to vice president of domestics for Europe, and exotics product management for Princess Cruises.
Lorna Warren, joins the business unit as vice president for guest services and operations for Princess Cruises, and Shelley Wise has been promoted to vice president of integrated marketing for Princess Cruises in North America.
