HR, payroll and compliance services giant ADP has appointed Thomas Lynch and Scott Powers to the company's board of directors.
"Tom and Scott will be valuable additions to ADP's Board and we are excited to welcome them," John Jones, ADP's non-executive Chairman of the Board, said. "The breadth and richness of their business experience will be tremendous assets for us."
A graduate from Rider University, Lynch has served as the Chairman of TE Connectivity Ltd. since 2013, where he was the former CEO from 2006-17. He is the current director of Cummins Inc. and Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc.
Prior to joining TE Connectivity Ltd., Lynch served as president of Tyco Engineered Products and as executive vice president for Motorola.
Powers is a graduate of Harvard who has over 30 years of experience in the investment management industry. He was State Street Global Advisor’s president and CEO from 2008-15. He is also a director of PulteGroup and Sun Life Financial.
Prior to joining State Street Global Advisors, he was the president and CEO of Old Mutual Asset Management, and also worked in the executive department at Mellon Institutional Asset Management and Boston Company Asset Management.
