Tyler Technologies has appointed Kelley Shimansky as its new chief human resources officer.
Shimansky will be based out of Tyler’s Yarmouth, Maine, office which houses the company's ERP & Schools Division. She will be responsible for handling the HR duties and strategies for 4,000 employees based in North America.
“We’re excited to have her on board as an essential part of our experienced leadership team, and we are confident in her ability to lead our HR function to support the next phase of Tyler’s growth,” Tyler President Lynn Moore said.
Prior to joining Tyler, Shimansky was vice president of human resources for Dechra Pharmaceuticals in North America. Before that, she served as vice president of human resources for Putney.
She holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Thomas College in Waterville, Maine and an MBA from the University of Maine in Orono.
"I am very excited for the opportunity to work with the team in supporting the next stage of Tyler’s growth,” Shimansky said.
