Businessolver recently partnered with South Carolina's largest independent, nonprofit health system, AnMed Health, to streamline its benefits administration platform for over 3,000 employees.
The Iowa-based company has spotlighted its recent work with AnMed Health in a case study, where the SaaS-based benefits administration company was able to help the over 100-year-old health system move to a better, more pro-customer service platform for its employees, including more than 400 physicians.
AnMed Chief HR Officer Rick Grooms said the health system's previous benefits technology program lacked the customer service they needed and was too complicated to understand.
"We weren't getting good service," Grooms said in the case study. "There were only two people who understood how to pull reports and had access to do it. We were getting a ton of questions from employees about how to model our (high-deductible health plan) to see the plan contributions."
Grooms said that Businessolver was a good choice as they were able to deliver solutions to resolve their issues.
"Businessolver was far and away the best choice," Grooms said in the study. “The technology is user-friendly; the team has a dedicated and upfront style and driven approach to meeting our aggressive timelines.”
Grooms also said Businessolver helped them fast-track implementation to get the platform up and running in time for annual enrollment, but with a "flexible and configurable look and feel."
