Medallia Inc., a customer experience management software provider, has appointed Susan Lovegren as its chief people officer.
In her oversight of the company's people and culture function, Lovegren will focus on leveraging Medallia's human capital capability and thereby encouraging the company's global growth.
"Susan brings the right combination of skills, experience and passion to help us tackle our biggest challenge: maintaining our strong culture while rapidly growing our global workforce," Medallia CEO Borge Hald said.
Before joining Medallia, Lovegren was associated with many software and computing majors including AppDynamics, Juniper Networks, Plantronics, Hewlett Packard and Agilent Technologies. With her leadership qualities and tremendous work ethics, she helped raise Juniper Networks and Plantronics to the index of Fortune's 100 Best Companies to Work For list.
Lovegren holds a bachelor's degree from San Jose State University and a master's in human resources management from Golden Gate University. She is also a member of the HR Industry Council for Betterworks.
