Randstad Sourceright, a global leader in providing talent solutions, has appointed Jean-Francois Vezina as the company’s first Canada-based executive vice president.
In his new position, Vezina will be in charge of Randstad Sourceright’s general operations in Canada and will play a crucial role as part of the leadership team in North America.
"With talent scarcity and automation rapidly changing the workforce in Canada and across the globe, Randstad Sourceright is making significant investments to our leadership infrastructure to better support Canadian organizations in building strong, forward-thinking and tech-driven human capital management practices," President of Randstad Sourceright North America Bob Lopes said.
Vezina, who is from Montreal, has worked for Randstad Sourceright in Canada since 2016 as the national vice president. Prior to that, he served as vice president of Randstad Canada, where he played an instrumental role in the profitable growth of the firm and its expansion throughout the region. In addition to that, he also served as the market director for Randstad Professionals in 2010-11.
"By bringing more focus around Canada, we can more effectively serve local organizations by delivering talent management strategies that are aligned with the market's needs, while leveraging our global expertise," Vezina said. "Now more than ever, Randstad Sourceright operates as a global, interconnected company with strategic growth in Canada and beyond."
