Paycor Inc., the Ohio-based Human Capital Management company, recently conducted its first HR Center of Excellence Web Summit.

The free summit drew over 4,500 HR leaders and professionals sharing their best tips and discussing current HR trends, topics and insights. The web summit also provided HR professionals with the chance to receive continuing education credit.

Among the highlights of the web summit were "Wage and Hour Law: How to Correctly Classify Workers and Avoid Employee Litigation"; "Recruiting and Retaining Millennial Talent in 2018"; and "Employee Experience: The Pinnacle of HR Excellence."

The next HR Center of Excellence Web Summit is scheduled for June 6-7.
