Augusta University’s HR Division is seeking a talent acquisition specialist.
The position is exclusively intended for qualified internal candidates who have been working within Augusta's HR Division for at least six months. The ideal HR talent acquisition specialist is a motivated and interested individual who wants to create a positive influence on the institution’s recruitment process.
Applicants should have either high school diploma or the equivalent or an associate’s degree and at least three years of overall work experience in HR or other related fields.
The applicants should be familiar with various HRMS Systems; be knowledgeable in researching information for compliance purposes; be able to handle a fast-paced and team-oriented working environment; and have a proven track record in the recruitment or any similar fields.
The talent acquisition specialist will be responsible for coordinating with the Payroll and/or Records Section for necessary documents and other requirements, as well as preparing materials for job fairs and other recruiting tasks.
