Christus Health, one of the top 10 Catholic health systems in the U.S., is seeking a qualified personnel to join the institution as an HR assistant in Tyler, Texas.
The position is temporary and will last until July.
The new HR assistant will be responsible for providing overall excellent customer service to internal and external customers, as well as covering all front desk-related duties and being in charge of making replacement and new employee badges.
The new HR assistant will also provide clerical services in the institution such as license and certification records validation as per HRIS system, and assist in keeping the departmental files current and updated via ChartMaxx. Lastly, he or she will also assist with various HR projects including but not limited to employee events, etc.
Applicants for the position should have a high school diploma or GED, basic computer knowledge, and be familiar with a multi-line telephone system. The institution also prefers that applicants have one to three years of prior clerical or human resources experience.
