Rogers Corp. Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer Janice Stipp will step down from her position next month as the company launches a search to fill the retiring executive's position.
Following her retirement, Stipp will serve for six months in a consulting capacity while the company conducts its search.
Rogers President and CEO Bruce Hoechner commended Stipp's leadership, particularly during the company's relocation to Chandler, Arizona and building of the company's new finance team.
“Janice is an experienced and capable CFO and has been a valuable member of our executive team," Hoechner said in a statement. "I appreciate the numerous contributions she has made since joining us in 2015."
For over 180 years, Rogers has providing engineered materials for clean energy, internet connectivity, safety and protection applications and technologies. The company has manufacturing plants in the U.S., China, Germany, Belgium, Hungry and South Korea.
