Businessolver is seeking senior consultants in Chicago, St. Louis, Kansas City, Denver, Seattle and other locations to assist the benefits administration technology company in securing its sales goals.
Senior consultants will source qualified leads and use the sales opportunity to pitch to hundreds of companies that would benefit from Businessolver's solutions. The position also requires working closely with Businessolver's implementation team to work throughout the transitioning of new businesses that have been brought on board.
Additional responsibilities include demonstrating the Businessolver SaaS platform; developing effective working relationships with sales support staff and marketing team members; devising and implementing action plans that identify targets and build contact projections; preparing status reports; and traveling to trade shows and other marketing events.
Candidates need to be exceptional in market research and analysis while helping to evaluate the market and initiate a successful sales strategy. Requirements also include seven or more years of selling technology and at least one year in selling to enterprise level organizations. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
Successful candidates will travel up to 50 percent of the time; should be able to deliver effective presentations; and should have experience in building relationships as well as channel sales experience.
