ADP has joined forces with ZipRecruiter to help build the company's suite of HR technology formulas designed for small businesses.
ADP, which provides human capital management services, will bring together ZipRecruiter's over-500,000 clients and ADP's technology to benefit small businesses across the U.S.
"In today's tight labor market, finding great talent is one of the toughest parts of running a small or mid-sized business," Maria Black, ADP's president of Small Business Solutions and Human Resources Outsourcing, said in a statement. "The small businesses we work with don't have the luxury of having a position vacant for long," she said.
According to Black, finding and hiring the right candidate quickly is critical to success.
"That's why we're partnering with ZipRecruiter," she said. "To help companies hire smarter, giving them back valuable time to focus on running their businesses."
According to ADP, the partnership will integrate ZipRecruiter's platform with the RUN powered by ADP, which is the most recent alliance in the growing online employment marketplace.
"I know from first-hand experience the unique set of issues that small and mid-sized businesses face when looking for their next great employees," ZipRecruiter CEO and co-founder Ian Siegel said in a news release. "By teaming with ADP, we are able to bring the muscle of our cutting-edge recruiting technology to ADP customers, giving them a competitive advantage in how they find and hire great talent."
