On April 12, award-winning speaker and leadership expert Cy Wakeman will be the keynote speaker at Businessolver’s Vision San Francisco conference, where she’ll also be holding a half-day “Readiness Summit” workshop.
This custom-designed workshop will build upon Wakeman’s reality-based leadership/no ego philosophy, and it will provide attendees with simple readiness tools that will enable leaders to achieve great results.
“I’m looking forward to communicating how our research and our principles can help HR Professionals be better leaders and drive real results,” Wakeman said.
Attendees will gain insight into leadership philosophy focused on readiness, displacing conventional theory; learn how to elevate teams’ perspectives and circumvent burnout to attain top return on investment, and acquire strategies to ease transition for the business rather than focusing on individuals.
Additionally, participants will learn about an innovative strategy for readiness, with tips for building work cultures that handle setbacks and ultimately bring results. Finally, they will gain a set of practical tools for aligning leadership with teams, emphasizing a positive “can-do” approach.
Vision 2018 is slated for the Ritz-Carlton San Francisco at 600 Stockton St. Attendance is free but space is limited, so participants are asked to register at www.businessolver.com/vision2018.
“Be ready for what’s next,” a Businessolver spokesperson said. “As the American workforce grows more complex and diverse, so must benefits programs and the technology that supports them.”
