Businessolver is seeking a client success lead in its Chicago hub to collaborate across the board with clients and partners, closing gaps and mapping strategy.
The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent field background; and at least a decade of cumulative experience partnering with representatives, carriers and clients in benefit administration for technology, health and welfare benefits, HR or health care, including web expertise. GBA, CEBS and PHR designations are highly preferred.
A strong capacity to cultivate relationships, flexibility, motivation and positivity go hand-in-hand with this role, which requires time management, communication and facilitation skills. Commitment may involve extended hours, and the successful candidate will travel up to 20 percent of the time.
The client success lead will facilitate meetings with clients and colleagues; pinpoint risks and create solutions; review and fine-tune strategy; and manage client communications.
Additionally, the successful candidate with attend sales meetings, keep clients updated, support educational programs, and cooperate with clients on business growth and operational success, as well as maintain analytics data while supporting the Businessolver brand.
