Cloudera, a Palo Alto, California-based software company, has kicked off a search for a new human resources administrator.
The company said in a job advertisement that the HR administrator will manage employee records, HR documents and content for a range of tools and processes.
The administrator will be part of Cloudera’s global HR operations team and will report to the global HR operations manager.
The incumbent will also serve as the first point of contact for HR-related concerns from employees and partners.
Candidates should be able to handle processes related to recruitment and new hire onboarding as well as oversee all employee off-boarding activities.
The HR administrator will communicate HR program updates and changes throughout Cloudera; help create global policies and procedures; and support the development, implementation and improvement of standard operating procedures.
Applicants should have at least three years of HR experience in an administrative role, a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field and knowledge of labor laws and policies, among others.
