Albertsons Companies is looking for a corporate HR representative to support business partnerships, employee relations, recruiting, staffing, retention, training, organizational design and development, and compensation and benefits.
Some key responsibilities include building partnerships with hiring managers; recruiting; reviewing resumes by using the applicant tracking system and PeopleSoft; conducting data audits; helping communicate restructures; and assisting the HR Coordinator.
Applicants are required to have a four-year college degree in business, human resources, or a related field (professional certifications desirable) and four or more years of HR generalist or other related business experience. At least two years of recruiting experience using online recruiting software experience is preferred.
The ideal candidate has HR recruiting experience at all levels; success in collaborating with multiple functional areas; sound judgment; conflict management, interpersonal, and leadership skills; ability to operate successfully at all levels within an organization; and proficiency using PeopleSoft and Microsoft Office
