The DLA Piper Business Operations Center LLC is looking for an HR coordinator for the Business Operation Services office in Tampa, Florida.
The candidate will be the primary point of contact for the HR team and will be responsible for full cycle management of data. Daily tasks include data entry, report generation, distribution of employee status notifications, and coordination of benefits. Projects include supporting the benefits administration processes and data management for annual activities such as open enrollment.
The minimum requirements are a bachelor’s degree and one year administrative and database experience. DLA Piper also prefers a candidate with HR systems experience, proficiency in MS Office Suite, data entry skills, attentiveness to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and strong communication skills.
