The client success lead will see to colleague, client and sales meetings, review products and services, document client status and progress, plan and partner across the organization, and oversee internal and external communications.
Requirements include 10 or more years in benefits administration along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. A background in technology, health and welfare benefits, HR or health care along with web-based administration is essential; GBA, CEBS and PHR designations preferred.
The ideal candidate will have the capacity to sustain strong rapport with clients while representing the Businessolver brand; flexibility, including quick prioritization and time management; outstanding communications skills, and a strong desire to stay abreast of new technology.
Finally, applicants should present as strongly motivated, confident, energetic and positive individuals; and be able to travel up to 20 percent of the time.
