Bloom Energy is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to be based in Sunnyvale, California.
Duties will include compensation and benefits planning, conflict management, and employee communication for the Service and CIG organizations in its HR programs. The individual will be responsible for leadership development efforts, diverse and dynamic change management, and addressing root causes of employee relations issues.
Responsibilities also include developing and managing business outcomes, employee relations, individual and group performance, compensation and benefit plans, strategic hiring plans, effectiveness metrics, programs and policies, and the organization in general. Some of these responsibilities involve partnering with senior management, local managers, and other HR organizations.
Requirements include a bachelor's degree and seven or more years of experience. A relevant advanced degree/MBA is desirable; ability to develop organizations; ability to succeed in a fast-paced, "dynamic,...and geographically dispersed environment"; knowledge of local laws, policies and guidelines; experience in a service, construction, or field environment; good interpersonal skills and "customer focus"; experiencing dealing with complex employee relations; business, organizational, and project management skills; and knowledge of compensation planning, modeling, and field analysis. Candidates with experience with "field technicians or service support roles in remote locations" are also desired.
