HCM industry provider Paycor is seeking HR benefits support consultants in Cincinnati to support the company’s mission to deliver quality cloud-based project management software within the human resources team.
Candidates should have a four-year degree, two to three years of practical experience in client service or project management and a strong knowledge of benefits, with the ability to adopt Paycor processes. Fluency with PC software, especially with Microsoft Office applications, and web tools are essential.
Applicants should possess the capacity to multitask among numerous departments; cultivate rapport and strong customer service, and work independently. Outstanding communications, interpersonal and organizational skills are required, along with the ability to join a fast-pace, service-oriented work environment and adapt to ongoing change.
Benefits consultants will be responsible for coordinating open enrollment and ACA work; pinpointing client policies, establishing clear goals and meeting system requirements. Consultants will work across multiple departments, problem-solve software matters and recommend solutions for clients.
They will also help in training and procedural documentation both for clients and for colleagues; and be available for additional assignments as needed by management.
Paycor is a customer-centric company that prides itself on the ability to intuit client needs, maximize productivity and collaborate effectively.
