Serving as a problem-solver, communicator and connector of concepts and people, a senior solution consultant is needed to support remote sales in the Southeastern U.S. for ServiceNow, a game-changing company striving to support modern enterprise.
The solution consultant will aid sales personnel with customer needs; partake in strategic planning, and offer mentoring and training to colleagues. He or she will demonstrate ServiceNow’s product offerings in real time and virtually; respond to requests for proposals; and stay abreast of competing product development.
Additionally, the successful candidate will handle business and technical troubleshooting; communicate with sales and other key personnel; be results-oriented, and represent the company at industry events.
ServiceNow seeks applicants with pre-sales background; HR service delivery is a plus. Outstanding communications and presentation skills are a must; only those with high motivation and drive need apply. Candidates must be willing to travel approximately 50 percent of the time and have previous proof of managing HR transformation.
