Producers of two of the largest human resource conferences and exhibitions, the HR Technology Conference & Exposition and Europe's Zukunft Personal, have joined to form the HR Global Alliance, which will serve as a support network of global exhibitors helping to expand market reach.

Through -- the HR Global Alliance -- LRP Publications and Germany's Spring Messe Management, producer of Zukunft Personal, recently announced their formation of the HR Global Alliance.

“The HR Global Alliance is a game-changing comprehensive offering from well-established and respected leaders," LRP Conferences and LRP Publications President Kenneth Kahn said in a news release. "Not only will this partnership provide access to the HR Tech Conference community of more than 20,000 professionals from our U.S. and Asia events, it will also compound exhibitors’ reach with Zukunft Personal’s strong network of 25,000 from across Europe, specifically Germany and Austria. It’s clear this alliance will fast track and transform the way HR technology service providers expand internationally.”

According to the companies, the alliance will provide tools to exhibitors to help them with their international growth including cultivating business relationships and marketing initiatives, territory research and branding strategies.

“By forming the Global Alliance with HR Technology Conference & Exposition we are building a strong bridge across the Atlantic," Spring Messe Management CEO Ralf Hocke said in a statement. "Our goal is to help our exhibitors to enter the U.S. market successfully and thereby expand their international client base.”
