Genesis Rehab Services (GRS) is in search of a human resources generalist to support the department in a variety of areas, assisting the department manager with communications assignments and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities for this position include conveying information to field staff and corporate colleagues; researching and resolving benefits and payroll matters; supporting open enrollment procedures; and maintaining and updating HR reports.

Additionally, the generalist will process time off and transfer requests, bonuses, worker’s compensation and status changes. He or she will provide supporting documentation, handle relocation materials and assist with other projects as needed, reporting to the HR manager.
