Samtec seeks a motivated, people-focused human resources manager for its Colorado Springs, Colorado office to oversee customer service, benefits, salary and recruiting as well as HR tasks, professional development and promotion of a positive work culture.
The manager will cultivate company-wide trust, offer guidance and promote professional development. He or she will guide recruitment and onboarding; maintain HR strategy and procedures; and collaborate on salary and wage conversations, as well as assisting with event planning and company communications.
A degree in business or psychology plus five to 10 years of experience in HR or a related field are required. This position is well-suited to an extroverted optimist possessing empathy, humility and neutrality. Individuals who are determined, flexible and trustworthy are encouraged to apply.
