Vero Beach, Florida-based Watercrest Senior Living Group has appointed Kelly Hazlett to its executive staff as director of human resources and organizational development, bringing more than 15 years of people-centered expertise.
In her new role, Hazlett will guide recruitment, goal-setting and mentoring for the company, which emphasizes an excellent workplace environment and nurturing professional development in a value-oriented culture.

Previously, Hazlett managed HR for a medical services group overseeing primary care offices, supporting over 150 staffers through company transformation. She earned a bachelor’s degree in HR management and belongs to several professional societies.
