The new officer will oversee The Priceline Group’s worldwide financial business, reporting to CEO Glenn Fogel. Goulden, a native of Manchester, England, earned a bachelor’s degree at Durham University and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management.
"We are thrilled to welcome David to The Priceline Group," Fogel said. “He brings tremendous financial acumen and global operating experience to the Group, and we believe he will be a great asset as our business continues to expand and invest in new technologies to help people experience the world.”
