St. Joseph Healthcare of Nashua, New Hampshire seeks a full-time benefits manager.
Duties of the position include leading staffing initiatives, managing the benefits integration process, leading system-wide benefit projects, managing the administration and communication of benefit programs, participating in HR initiatives, and verifying the calculation of monthly premium statements.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in HR or similar field, at least three years of increasingly responsible experience in HR, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management; strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, organizational, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, project management and problem-solving skills; the ability to work under pressure; and working knowledge of health, retirement and welfare plan design and administration, and state and federal employment law.
Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree and certification.
