Footwear designer and distributor Deckers seeks a human resources operations analyst in Goleta, California.

Duties of the position include identifying areas of improvement and automation in current manual processes, driving HR strategic initiatives, helping to build enterprise standards, driving data management, and developing business metrics and dashboards.

Prospective candidates must possess three plus years experience in an operational area with focus on data analysis, financial modeling and strategic planning; experience analyzing data and creating data models; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong communication, cross-functional organizational, problem identification and resolution skills; and strong working knowledge of Workday.

Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with coursework in business, engineering, finance, IT, HR or operations, and experience with Access, BDA, ERP, SQL and Visio.
