Architecture firm Corgan is looking to hire a human resources director in Dallas.
Duties of the full-time position include managing compensation programs and benefit plans, leading competitive market research to establish attractive pay practices, recommending solutions to improve compensation strategies, overseeing annual open enrollment, evaluating and modifying benefits policies, overseeing leave management and benefit administration, analyzing HR data, and implementing HR initiatives.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related field; 12 plus years of HR experience; five plus years in a HR leadership role; an understanding of Microsoft Office and other business applications; strong communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills; the ability to travel; the ability to handle confidential information; and knowledge of employment regulations, HR polices, and HRIS systems.
Preferred qualifications include professional services experience, systems implementation experience, and PHR/SPHR or equivalent certification.
