Triad Retail Media is seeking a manager of people and culture in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Duties of the full-time position include driving talent strategies, providing guidance to employees, leading people and talent programs, assessing and communicating HR related opportunities, and creating workforce analytics.

Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree; at least five years of experience in a cross-functional HR role; at least two years in a people leadership and consultative business partner role; strong communication, leadership, analytical, consultative, and change and relationship management skills; and working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines and employment laws.

Preferred qualifications include a degree in a HR-related field, experience in the advertising or marketing industry, experience in a public company and SOX compliance, and SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification or the ability to obtain certification within one year of employment.
