Information security company Optiv needs a human resources business partner in Denver, Colorado.
Duties of the full-time position include contributing to post acquisition integration and change management exercises, communicating benefits programs, executing HR-related programs and processes, dealing with employee relation issues, ensuring the accuracy of people-related data, and assisting with the improvement of HR functions and processes.
Prospective candidates must possess strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and multi-tasking skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; the ability to work independently with minimal supervision; and the ability to handle confidential information. Applicants must also maintain knowledge of company benefits and policies.
Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and/or five plus years of varied HR related experience, experience conducting employee relations activities, and proficiency with Workday.
