Health engagement company Staywell is hiring a vice president of human resources.
Duties of the position include responding to talent and recruitment needs, designing and implementing benefit plans, conducting training, leading the disability and leave of absence program, resolving employee relations issues, analyzing wage and salary reports, maintaining the HR information system, and ensuring compliance with HR best practices and laws.
Prospective candidates must possess a four-year college or university program certificate, at least 10 years HR experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; CEBs certificate or similar; and SPHR certification or similar.
